Summary:
Talent Acquisition Specialists to help us identify and hire Top Talent from across the globe and be a partner in scaling the next stage of the growth of the company.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Duties:
- Handling end to end recruitment (Screening, shortlisting, conducting initial telephonic discussion, processing to the leads).
- Taking the requirements & understanding & identifying their needs.
- Understanding all specific technical skills which require sourcing resumes from various sources like Portals, employee referrals, job portals, ads and company website, job postings.
- Handling IT requirements from Midlevel to senior management level.
- Good experience in working on multiple IT positions for various IT skills.
- Negotiating the salary according to company standards.
- Work extensively on critical requirements for various clients.
- Should be familiar with complete lifecycle of the recruitment process.
- Should be able to achieve their monthly targets and daily assigned task.
- Must be flexible and a team worker.
