Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Admin Executive located on-site in Kochi.

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and inventory, processing invoices and expense reports, maintaining files and records, and managing department schedules.


Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multi-functional projects

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related field preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

High degree of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Salary:
From ₹12,000.00 per month
