Sales and Customer Service:

Schedule appointments for detailed consultations with our sales team Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up with clients post-consultation to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Market Research:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Provide feedback to the marketing and production teams to enhance service offerings.

Performance Tracking:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit regular reports on telecalling activities and outcomes to the management.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools. A passion for music and a good understanding of the music production process is a plus.
