Recruiter Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree/ Diploma.

  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decisionmaking skills.
  • Hindi Speaking will be an added advantage.
