  • Liaise with buying and production teams for sourcing materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of samples maintaining quality and budget.
  • Understand brand needs clearly.
  • Supervise sampling processes from initial proto to final sample.
  • Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor product quality with production teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews to maintain brand standards.
  • Mentor junior designers for a creative work environment.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Fashion Design or related field.
  • Strong portfolio reflecting original designs and concepts.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
  • Proficient in design software and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes for cost-effective manufacturing.
