• Bachelorsdegree or masters degree in computer engineering or related fieldwith proven working experience in Test Engineering or equivalentrole with at least 12 years of relevant experience in largeorganizations
• Collaborating with stakeholdersto understand current technologies frameworks tools & gatherrequirements understand their specific test automation needs fordifferent business areas.
• Have beenexperience in transforming Automation acrossenterprise.
• Strong Handson codingexperience in C# Java Java Scripts
• Expertisein Automation framework across various technologies (Selenium/Appium/Cypress/Playwright)
• Experiencein Microservices monolith backend systems. Should have both manualand automation testing knowledge.
• Should haveworked in either Rest Assured/Karate based framework and MessageQueues.
• Should have worked with SQL Queriesand database validation Expertise in test automation principlesmethodologies and best practices.
• Designingand implementing a test automation strategy that aligns with theCustomers business objectives and IT infrastructure.
• Defining and implementing test automation frameworksstandards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiencyacross different projects and teams.
• Knowledgeof functional testing & test strategy preparation
• Preferred knowledge in ETL Transformationvalidation
• Preferred knowledge of Unix/Linuxcommands.
• Identifying and prioritizing testautomation opportunities such as regression testing integrationtesting to maximize the benefits of automation.
• Collaborating with other Business IT teams to achievehigh test automation penetration.
• Buildingbusiness case on chosen automation frameworks
• Building ROI for automation tools/frameworkchosen
• Developing and maintaining testautomation scripts test cases and test data sets to supportefficient and effective automated testing.
• Providing guidance and support to different teams onutilizing test automation tools and frameworkseffectively.
• Continuously monitoring andevaluating the effectiveness of the test automation strategy makingimprovements as needed to optimize testing processes andoutcomes.
