Senior Specialist - Executive/Administrative Assistants(Level C)

This role will be based in Mumbai and will provide support to our UK Advisory Team based in the UK.

We will count on you to:Provide an effective and responsive administrative service to senior UK Advisory Team leaders as well as supporting the Advisory practice as a wholeMaintain and manage a busy diary, organising internal and external appointments considering current priorities, global time zones and the need for focus timeBe able to prioritise, particularly when it comes to putting together executives' calendar and determining the importance of various tasks, meetings, and assignments.

Coordinate and arrange business trips including meeting itineraries, flights and accommodation, and room bookingsLiaise with internal and external colleagues and clients across the UK and internationally.

Send the relevant information to the Team Assistant to ensure that expense claims and credit card statements are reconciled accordingly.

Planning client meetings and events and/or coordinating with event plannersUndertaking ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Executive Assistant


What you need to have?Previous experience working in a similar Assistant role, demonstrating the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
Sound knowledge of IT, especially MS Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
Shift Timings - 9am UK time - 5 pm UK time(1:30 pm IST - 9:30 pm IST)
