Key Responsibility Areas Major Activities Planning & EstimationDevelop the overall plan for the project, ensuring that all tracks are effectively plannedUndertake estimation of the project in terms of time and staffing the right peoplePresent alternative approaches for estimates and scope decisions that meet client's objectivesNegotiate scope changes to produce win-win results Stakeholder ManagementManage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary.Manage relationships with the team leads across geographies Issue and Risk ManagementIdentify and track issues and risks in the project.Create and analyses reports on track status, issues and risks and report the major risks and issues to the Project leadership and stakeholders.Assess business impact of issues and risks to the projectDrive issue and risk resolution solutions to ensure effective delivery and mitigation of the business impact.Ensure that regular risk reviews of the project take place; prepare materials for risk review meetings.Support the team Leadership in effectively communicating the risks to the client QualityAnalyze project metrics to ensure compliance to qualityPromote the value of project processes and establishes these processes on the project Client ManagementUnderstand the client's business drivers and ensure that client priorities are addressedEngage the client appropriately to solicit feedback at every stage Explain the tradeoffs and impact involved in designing the technical aspects of the solution to the client and the team.Manage peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, etc.) Team managementProvide leadership to a team of track leads in during the execution of the project.Clarify and communicate key track roles and responsibilities are for the teamBuild a positive, collaborative working environment for the teamCoach and mentor the team to help them deliver to the client expectation Commercials ManagementManage the project actual versus forecasted spend
