Job Description of Digital Marketing Intern

In this role, your day will look something like this:

  • You will Assist the CEO and Marketing team in their daily activities
  • Assist with retargeting campaigns of online traffic (Google/Meta)
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the company
  • Track and report digital and website analytics
  • Improve and build our online leadgeneration campaigns
  • Create and monitor targeted monthly newsletter
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
  • Create, organize, & monitor paid social media campaigns
  • Update social media accounts regularly
  • Help strategize and find new ways to increase our social media exposure for our Facebook and Instagram profiles
  • Manage and coordinate marketing content calendar
  • Work with our design team and vendors to produce highquality content for our website, blog and social media channels

Who you are:

  • Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • SEM understanding to manage PPC campaigns across Google & Meta.
  • Keyword research experience nice to have.
  • Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google My Business.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter is a must. You are familiar with Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Telegram & Discord.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Buffer, HootSuite, or Later is a strong bonus.
  • Experience using virtual meeting tools. (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Meetings, etc)
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and concepts is important. Training and experience with Adobe creative suite or (Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photopea, VN editor, Toonly, and iMovie)
  • Willing to work in pure startup culture.
  • You're a problem solver, and approach obstacles with a logical, pragmatic approach.
  • You possess a collaborative, openminded and helpful approach to teamwork.
  • You're motivated and a selfstarter, who's always looking for ways to improve things.

Would be a plus:

  • Understanding of the influencer marketing industry.
  • Understanding of Web3, Blockchain Technology.
  • WordPress basics.
  • Understanding SEO plugins.
