Zoho Creator Developer

ROLE PURPOSE:
Hiring for Zoho Creator Developer with an experience of minimum 3 yrs. to 5 yrs.
A Zoho Creator Developer, will be responsible for developing, testing and delivering applications on Zoho Creator to meet various GBS automation demands.
You will play a pivotal role in implementing custom functionalities, managing external interactions, and generating mobile and desktop applications using Zoho Creator.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and translate business requirements into the data structure and user stories.
Document analysis through ER models and flow diagrams.
Implement user stories using custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and other Zoho CRM dynamic facilities.
Manage external interactions, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp, to set up custom messages for marketing purposes.
Define system test specifications and conduct automated testing of Zoho applications and interfaces.
Create applications based on the design document provided.
Automate business processes using workflows, which can be triggered by specific actions or schedules.
Integrate with third party apps using API and Creator toolsGenerate detailed reports and create interactive dashboards to visualize data and gain insights.
Data encryption, role-based access control, and other security features to ensure data safety.Generate reports, charts, and analytics dashboards to provide valuable insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience :
Experience in application development with and for Zoho tools: CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, and Analytics.
Proven experience using Deluge to create custom functions.
Two years hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating applications with Zoho Creator.
Two years of hands-on strong experience with programming languages such as Deluge Scripting, JavaScript, VB Script, JQuery, Ruby on RailsTwo years of experience generating reports and building dashboardsTwo years of programming experience with knowledge of complex business applications, including interfacing with staff responsible for day-to-day operations of systems.
Strong knowledge in Creator Flow, Workflows, Notifications, Microservices, ZMLStrong analytical skills to analyse data, identify issues, and troubleshoot effectively.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in configuring and administering Zoho Creator.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Problem-Solving:
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex IT issues.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
Certifications :
Relevant certifications in ITSM or Zoho Creator development is advantageous.
