Job Summary:
We are looking for a


Senior Architect for our real estate projects, who will be playing a pivotal role in leading architectural design efforts, overseeing project development, and ensuring design integrity throughout the development process.


You will be responsible for translating client requirements into innovative and functional architectural solutions while adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices.


You will be collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed expectations.


Responsibilities(Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to completion for real estate development projects.
Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models, to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to integrate architectural design with engineering and construction requirements.

Providing guidance to sub consultants like MEP, structural and landscape architects, and coordinate with them to develop design and design specifications.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other statutory requirements throughout the design process.
Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of locations for proposed developments.
Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to facilitate professional growth.
Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to address design-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and materials in architecture and design to enhance project outcomes and maintain a competitive edge.

Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and client presentations to communicate progress and solicit feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in design.
Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Vray etc.

Excellent design sensibility and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building systems.
Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
High levels of creativity and imaginationRegistered architect with Council of Architecture
