Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Finished Goods Warehouse, including organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods according to sales orders and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to meet customer demands and delivery requirements.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes, including quality control and safety procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies.
  • Oversee the loading of trucks, as well as the proper handling of products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Maintain records of stock levels, dispatches, and other relevant data.
  • Report to senior management on warehouse performance and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse software systems.
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards in warehousing.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness, as the role may involve some heavy lifting and manual work.
  • Knowledge of kids' apparel and accessories is a plus.
  • Education: Degree or Equivalent
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience in Material Management or Related Field
