We at YourDOST are searching for enthusiastic psychologists who have more than 2 years of experience after completing a Master's in Psychology and are proficient in Khortha/Nagpuri, to work with us for a business client in Jamshedpur, Jharia, and Noamundi.
Work Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face counseling at the client's location (manufacturing plant).
- Lead group sessions.
- Organize workshops and webinars.
Requirement:
- Must hold a Master's degree in Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in offering counseling therapy.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.
Salary: As per industry standards.
Accommodation and Travel: Covered by the company or reimbursed based on the locations.
Job Flexibility: Full-time, six days a week.
