Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients within the SME sector.

Client Visits:
Visit client offices to meet with decision-makers and discuss their IT hardware needs.

Product Presentation:
Present and demonstrate our products and services effectively to potential clients.

Quotation Preparation:
Prepare and send detailed quotations based on client requirements.

Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to provide additional information, answer queries, and address concerns.

Sales Closure:
Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM software.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the IT hardware industry.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware products, including laptops, desktops, servers, networking solutions, CCTV, and biometric systems. (Fresher will also do who need to pursue the career in IT Sector)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
