We are looking for Technical Project Manager who will be working as part of one or more account teams and be responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled like answering technical questions, proposing budgets for projects, training new employees, and working with various other departments, prepare reports on the progress of the projects, ability to effectively delegate the work, and ability to address any technical issues that come up in the projects.

Responsibilities:

  • and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • technical leadership and guidance for the development of enterprise-scale web applications, leveraging Java and other relevant technologies.
  • Cloud Data Platform projects, overseeing all aspects including planning, execution, and deployment.
  • software estimation and project planning independently, accurately forecasting resource requirements and timelines.
  • a deep understanding of software design and architectures, applying best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of solutions.
  • strong cloud experience to architect and implement cloud-based solutions, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.
  • on complex projects, addressing technical challenges and driving innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
  • comprehensive documentation and reports, capturing project requirements, progress, and outcomes effectively.
  • Agile methodologies, facilitating scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and agility within the team.
  • effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
  • strong analytical skills to analyze project requirements, identify risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
  • a passion for technology and continuous learning, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Skills:

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • with other programming languages and frameworks in addition to Java.
  • with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
  • experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • track record of successful project delivery within a corporate environment.
  • with data analytics and visualization tools.
  • interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
