Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with an experience of 7 10 years
  • Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department, Insurance segment & Automotive.
  • Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and clients
  • Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)

  • Telemarketing: 7 years (preferred)
