Looking for a Talented ML Engineer

We are in search of a skilled ML Engineer to create and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that can tackle intricate business challenges and enhance our financial services platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for resolving business issues and optimizing our financial services platform.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive valuable insights and facilitate well-informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Remain updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
  • Create a roadmap and establish strategies for continual enhancements to the models.
  • Engineer image processing algorithms and leverage generative AI for product advancement.
  • Acquire a mathematical comprehension of the loan product and the concept of risk associated with it.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or similar position in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent languages.
  • Solid grasp of statistics, probability, and algorithms.
  • Strong analytical skills to swiftly comprehend business problems, translate them into mathematical challenges, and propose quantitative solutions.
  • Experience in analyzing extensive data sets and the ability to formulate, test, and validate hypotheses for making modeling decisions.
  • Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to data comprehension.
  • Preferable background in text analysis, classification, and tagging algorithm development.
  • Experience with image processing algorithms and generative AI for product innovation.
  • Familiarity with simulation and Markov chain-based model constructions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $120,000 per year
