As a Senior Fusion PPM Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing production support and expert functional guidance for Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Portfolio Management) applications.

Your extensive experience and deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, Cost Management, and Portfolio Management, will enable you to resolve complex functional issues and optimize project management workflows for our clients.


Key Responsibilities :

Functional Support :

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for functional support of Oracle Fusion PPM applications.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, Cost Management, and Portfolio Management.
  • Assist endusers in effectively utilizing Oracle Fusion PPM applications to optimize their project management workflows.

Issue Resolution :

  • Analyze and resolve complex functional issues related to Oracle Fusion PPM applications in a production environment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated issues.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on business operations.

User Training and Guidance :

  • Offer guidance and training to endusers on the effective use of Oracle Fusion PPM applications.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Provide best practices and recommendations to optimize the use of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Oracle Fusion PPM applications.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Oracle Fusion PPM and provide recommendations for adoption.

Documentation and Reporting :

  • Maintain detailed documentation of functional issues, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates on support activities and issue resolution status.
  • Ensure all support activities are documented in compliance with company standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience providing production support for Oracle Projects/Fusion PPM applications.
  • Profound knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, Cost Management, and Portfolio Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully resolving complex functional issues in a production environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with endusers and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
