Tasks to be performed:

  • Writing the accounting logic & calculations for development
  • Testing the new features before they are implemented in Software.
  • Finding bugs in the existing software and resolving the same
  • Client Communication - Provide the business perspective for all day-to-day solutions & development decisions


RequirementsExperience in Accounting & Auditing (1-2 years excluding Articleship)
Sound Knowledge of Accounting Standards & Finalization
Knowledge of Internal Audit (Preferred)
Working Knowledge of Xero (Must)
Knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Navision or Dynamics (Preferred)
Good Writing Skills – to clearly explain the accounting requirements for developing new features.
Good Communication Skills - to help the development team to understand the accounting requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Qualification: Inter CA or CA Finalist

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
