Your Opportunity

Lead a world-class team, with focus on innovative cutting-edge research. Oversee algorithmic concept and feasibility for algorithmic modules , including problem statement definition, concept selection, risks, and mitigations. Work on high-impact applications, with challenging and diverse semiconductor industry related problems to solve.

Roles and Responsibility

Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage teams of algorithm engineers and researchers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Set clear goals and provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities for the team.

Execution and Delivery:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex algorithmic projects developed by the team. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and executed efficiently. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals.

Technical Expertise:

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and related fields. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative approaches. Contribute to the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient algorithms.

Strategy and Vision:

Develop and implement a strategic vision for algorithm teams. Identify new opportunities and drive the innovation roadmap. Collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with overall company strategy.

Collaboration and Communication:

Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments. Present technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders (Product, Business, Application.

Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer vision and deep learning. 10+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning. 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a technical role. Deep understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
