The successful candidate will be responsible for leading UI initiatives, reviewing code, and providing technical direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality frontend solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of frontend applications using JavaScript, React, , and other relevant technologies. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant UI components and features. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices and code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and technical challenges. Communicate project details and technical solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members. Take ownership of UI technical direction and provide guidance on architecture and design decisions. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, technologies, and best practices with prototypes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in frontend/UI development, 3+ years hands-on production level coding experience with in a consumer application.

Expertise in JavaScript, React, and frontend frameworks/libraries. Strong understanding of UI design principles, micro FE, module federation and component-based architecture.

Deep experience with unit test patterns (use JEST, Jasmine, Mocha, or similar) Production experience with npm, gulp, asset pipelines (browserify, webpack, or similar) Experience with end-to-end frontend application development, including design, implementation, and testing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members. Ability to review code and provide constructive feedback. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with , ES6+, React Redux, and server-side rendering. Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks and preprocessors. Familiarity with UI testing frameworks and tools in TDD style, experience and affinity with dev-authored integration and functional tests. Understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.) Understanding of modern customer development strategies (Lean Startup, marketing, etc.), Cross-browser, cross-platform UI design
