Overview: The MuleSoft Lead is a key player in the tech team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft-based integration solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth integration across various systems, streamlining business processes, and facilitating efficient data exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee MuleSoft integration projects from start to finish
  • Design, develop, and test robust, scalable, high-performing MuleSoft-based solutions
  • Create innovative sales and marketing solutions
  • Understand complex interfaces within the corporate system
  • Review business requirements, document technical designs, and align with stakeholders
  • Coordinate testing with business and IT stakeholders
  • Manage deployment in line with change and release management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements
  • Document MuleSoft integration solutions comprehensively
  • Implement best practices for MuleSoft development and deployment
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in MuleSoft integrations
  • Optimize existing MuleSoft integrations for better performance
  • Stay updated on MuleSoft platform upgrades and incorporate new features
  • Ensure security and compliance standards in MuleSoft integrations
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior developers
  • Define integration architecture and design patterns with stakeholders
  • Participate in selecting MuleSoft tools and technologies
  • Support presales by offering technical expertise and solution design
  • Contribute to enhancing integration processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a MuleSoft developer
  • Proven experience in MuleSoft applications and interfaces, with expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Development experience in Mule ESB and MuleSoft Salesforce Integration
  • Skills in deploying and configuring Enterprise Integrations
  • Proficiency in web frontend technologies & frameworks
  • MuleSoft Developer and Architect certifications
  • Leadership in MuleSoft integration projects with knowledge of Anypoint Platform components
  • Experience in API design, development, and management using MuleSoft
  • Expertise in Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, RAML, DataWeave, and MUnit
  • Proficient in Java, XML, JSON, and related technologies
  • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and Agile environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for MuleSoft integrations
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for MuleSoft
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
