QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education BE/Btech in Civil.
  • Software: Excellent user of AutoCAD 3D, BIM and/or AutoCad ATHENA, SOLIDWORKS, ArchiCAD, RHINO 3D, GRASSHOPPER (3D), 3D Modelling and Visualization
  • Fluent in English, Hindi & Malayalam
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent designer/draftsman AutoCAD 2D/3D, 3D modeling, drafting and detailing in Facade
  • Preparing 3D models of buildings and installation details as per client and giving real life 3D idea to customer using Deep exploration
  • Excellent knowledge of aluminum curtain wall systems like SCHUECO, SAPA, TECHNAL, WICONA, REYNERS, EUROPA, RAICO, ALUMIL, ETEM, ELVIAL
  • Good knowledge of steel structures & Facade.
  • Good knowledge of cladding materials (stone, ceramic clay tiles, metal sheets, HPL, fiber cement etc) & Facade Profiles
  • Prepare, modify & refine conceptual/draft /shop / fabrication drawings, BOM, MTO for aluminum stick system & curtain walling, spiders, doors, details, structural glazing etc.
  • Present designs and reports to clients or design committees for approval, and discuss need for modification
  • Prepare and deliver final technical proposals to client
  • Team player and must be good in time managment skills to be able to work along side lead and manage team and submit allocated work within as per date schedules given.
