What success looks like in this role:

As a Sr. Analyst for Global Campus Program function, you will act as a SME and Partner for our Services as well as our Engineering teams. In this role, you will report to the Director of Global Campus program and collaborate with the team and business leaders to help ensure we are hiring the best and brightest talent. You will have the unique opportunity to help shape some of the process and initiatives important to the organization.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Identification of Campuses and University relations in APAC, EMEA and LACR Responsible for end-to-end Campus recruitment process Liaison with the Business stake holders on Campus program strategy and roadmap Interviews and recommends potential campus candidates/ interns for hire, working with company stakeholders to structure offers, define placement options, onboard candidates and ensure ongoing review of interns, performance management and eventual permanent hire / disposition. Manage per-onboarding training programs and interaction with Campus candidates to keep them warm Liaison with 3rd party vendors/ training partners for off campus hiring Publish Campus Onboarding and Training Calendar for freshers. Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. Champion inclusive hiring practices in campuses, both in the team and within the business
