Job Description

  • Contributes to their team and closely related teams by ensuring the quality and accuracy of team output.
  • Builds productive internal relationships at the team lead or management level.
  • Collaborates with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.
  • Provides operational support for activities associated with all phases of transaction processing.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed customer service level agreements.
  • Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.
  • Ability to analyze reasons behind incomplete transactions.
  • Understands process interdependencies.
  • Possesses expert domain knowledge in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors.
  • Requirements for this role include:
  • Ability to work regular shifts.
  • Minimum qualification of Diploma/Graduate.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the US healthcare domain with Adjudication.
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays and extend on weekdays in case of high volume.
