Pick up Packages:
Go to assigned places like hubs, sorting centers, or warehouses to collect packages according to the delivery schedule.

  • Manage Deliveries: Plan and organize the best routes to deliver packages on time and be efficient.
  • Check Packages: Make sure the packages and documents are correct and complete before leaving the pickup location.
  • Interact with Customers: Talk to customers in a friendly and polite way while delivering their packages, making their experience positive.
  • Deliver on Time: Make sure packages reach customers' homes or offices on time, following the expected delivery schedule.
  • Handle Packages Carefully: Take good care of packages to prevent any damage while transporting them.
  • Update Delivery Status: Keep accurate records of deliveries, update the delivery status, and inform the supervisor about any issues or delays.
  • Handle Cash (if applicable): If customers pay cash on delivery, collect the money, keep proper records, and handle the cash securely.
  • Follow Rules and

Stay Safe:
Stick to all company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic rules when driving or making deliveries.

  • Provide Feedback: Give timely reports, share feedback, and suggest improvements to the supervisor regarding delivery operations, customer concerns, or ways to make things better.
