  • Knowledge on precast segmental through Long line method & short line method
  • Knowledge on stay cable segment construction.
  • Experience on geometry control (AutoCAD experience referable)
  • Experience of 1520 years in segmental construction
  • To lead a team of 1520 staff and need to handle workmen.
  • Necessary coordination with Clients & Consultant
  • Maximise and optimise the performance of people, plant, and fleet to deliver the highest customer service and performance outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety
  • Managing quality assurance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your team, management and stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for the endtoend management of the businesses supply contracts and their external clients.
