1. Execute all the responsibilities given by HOD

  • Provide consultation to all OP/IP patients who require occupational therapy
  • To develop the early intervention setup and provide early education
  • To do assessment and advice require assistive device for the patients
  • Maintains OP/IP daily records
  • Educate junior occupational therapist regarding patient conditions, assessment and treatment to get a better result.
  • Develop the screening and monitoring tools
  • Come up with various sustainable models to implement the inclusive education program
  • To educate about patients conditions to the attendant and make them aware about the prognosis and home care occupational therapy program
  • Attend department training and meetings
  • Evaluate results of occupational therapy by observing, noting, evaluating patient progress, recommending and implementing, adjustment and modification.
  • Daily reporting to supervisors
  • Training patients and attender to use special equipment
  • Maintaining therapy equipment such as walkers, lifts, mechanical chairs, pulley and other exercise equipment.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the management
