Responsibilities

Collecting Payments (Cash/card/pay tm/others) from the guest
Review of the bill the captain before print
Giving discount to the guest as per instruction of the manager/management
Payment of expenses to service provider on recommendation from manager/accountant & management
Settlement of bank transaction on the closing of every day before 10.30PM
Maintaining cash as per cash statement
Excess cash to be handover to management
Sending report to manager and accounts department on daily basis
Sending Group/Event booking details to the management soon after receiving advance
Submission summery of Group/Event book details to the management on every Monday
Responsible to maintain stationary stock like bills, printer roll, cc slip and other stationary
Co ordination with software person in case of trouble
Adding product with rate in the software

Requirements and skills

Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales or fresher graduates can apply
Basic PC knowledge (Must know word and Excel)
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
Good math skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfactionoriented
Bachelor's degree
Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet.
The flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
At least can speak basic english and Hindi

Salary:
