Donor Management and Fundraising Coordinator

- Develop and implement a comprehensive donor management and fundraising plan to meet annual revenue goals.

- Identify and research potential individual and institutional donors, develop a donor pipeline, and develop relationships with them.

- Develop and implement donor cultivation strategies, including individualized stewardship plans for major donors.

- Write compelling grant proposals and oversee grant management activities.

- Create and implement fundraising campaigns and events to support the organization's mission and goals.

- Maintain accurate donor records in the organization's database and ensure timely donor acknowledgment and recognition.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure donor communication and engagement is coordinated and effective.

- Monitor and report on fundraising progress and develop strategies for course correction as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, business administration, marketing, or related field.

Immediate Joining Will be preferred.

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
