Part-Time Assistant Professor in Mathematics

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate mathematics courses, including but not limited to algebra, calculus, and statistics.
  • Develop and deliver engaging course content that meets the department's curriculum standards.
  • Provide academic advising and support to students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Engage in professional development and stay current with advancements in the field of mathematics.


Qualifications:

  • A Ph.
D. in Mathematics or a closely related field is preferred; a Master's degree with significant teaching experience will be considered.

  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
