Overview:

As the Sales Manager for Skills Courses, your main responsibility is to lead the sales team and boost revenue by effectively selling the company's skills courses.

You will play a crucial role in creating and implementing sales strategies, managing important client relationships, and achieving sales goals for the skills courses.


  • Lead, inspire, and guide the sales team to reach individual and team objectives.
  • Spot new business prospects and devise plans to broaden the customer base.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, comprehend their requirements, and offer solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to craft impactful sales materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales information and market tendencies to pinpoint areas for enhancement and expansion.
  • Ensure adherence to sales procedures and regulations.
  • Create regular sales reports and present discoveries to top management.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor actions to sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Represent the company at industry gatherings and events to advocate for skills courses and network.



Qualifications:

  • Proven successful track record in sales leadership roles, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and influence a sales team.

  • Demonstrated capacity to devise and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
