The Marriage Fit is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Family Counselling Intern.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed therapists to provide support and guidance to families facing a range of challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping families and want to gain hands-on experience in the field of counselling and family therapy.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and provide initial assessments of clients' needs
  • Collaborate with licensed therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
  • Participate in case consultations and supervision meetings
  • Maintain client files and record keeping
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to expand knowledge and skills
  • Perform other admin related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for helping individuals and families in need.

Contract length: 7 days

Salary:
₹0.10 per month
