Apprentice

The Agency Sales Trainee position focuses on recruiting and supporting quality employees by providing training to help them acquire health insurance policies from the market and effectively serve customers. Responsibilities of this role include:

• Driving retail sales through established relationships and contributing to regional success
• Researching the market for potential clients, making direct sales pitches, and collaborating with channel partners to boost sales
• Profiling distributors and meeting their needs to maintain ongoing business relationships
• Recruiting, training, and developing insurance advisors to meet sales targets
• Conducting regular meetings with distributors and ensuring their activation
• Updating sales portal with necessary information for analysis
• Following up with prospects to finalize sales

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 12th grade education or higher
• Willingness to engage in field sales
• Local candidate with a strong social network
• Must have a two-wheeler
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
