We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join our Payer Integration team in Chennai R&D, Platform & Data services subdivision, Integration Platform zone.

Our goal is to enhance the network effect through efficient interoperability and move towards value-based care.

Our team aims to enhance collaboration between payers, partners, and providers in the healthcare ecosystem to improve value-based care and enhance patient experience.

We are developing a robust integration platform to facilitate bidirectional workflow between Payer/Partner and Provider groups, enabling insights into patients' health conditions.

Your role involves:

  • Building enterprise-quality applications/services on the cloud, emphasizing complex integration and scalability for Payer integration and platform solutions.
  • Being a tech enthusiast with problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, fast learning abilities, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment to help us achieve our goal of strengthening the healthcare backbone through our cloud-based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 100k+ providers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Developing high-quality code in an agile manner that aligns with business requirements.
  • Deploying code to production, conducting timely tests, monitoring, and maintaining code quality by identifying and addressing potential bugs and vulnerabilities.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of integration systems by proposing new solutions, adhering to coding standards, architectural approaches, and the team's Quality Standard.
  • Conducting peer code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Owning your work, coordinating efforts across teams for successful completion, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Agile environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong software engineering skills with a focus on high quality and DevSecOps-driven delivery.

Knowledge and expertise in:

  • Programming languages like Java, Spring Boot.
  • Working with AWS, IaC (Terraform).
  • REST API and SQL development.

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality code.
  • Collaborative work in cross-functional teams with varying experience levels.
  • Writing technically sound, performant, scalable, and readable code.
