Job Title:
Telecaller (Pre-sales Coordinator)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with potential customers via phone calls to provide information about our products or services.
  • Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions and close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Compensation:


The salary for this position is 3 lakhs per annum (lpa), and it is negotiable based on experience and skills.
