Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking amotivated, results-oriented Principal IT Operations Engineer – (Endpoint) to bepart of a global support team responsible for supporting and advancing ourglobal corporate computing environment.

The Operations team interacts withevery aspect of our fast-paced, dynamic company, leveraging modern technologyand tools to service the needs of our users and the company.

The successful candidate will be charged with defining futurestrategies with modern endpoint management, implementing security bestpractices and automation of processes.

Act as Tier 3 support for Mac and PC.In-depth understanding of the MAC OS Imaging process. Experience using Recon, Composer, Remote, Admin.
Create, manage, develop & secure enterprise ready macOS images.

Serve as the escalation point for all MAC users and have intensive knowledge of MAC file systems, encryption, and remote assistance tools.

Microsoft Intune - Experience with modernization strategies,Zero touch provisioning via Autopilot, Policy management, Mobile management, MSGraph and log analyticsAD/AAD - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.Application Packaging - Experience with packaging custom and third-party applications for distribution.

Experience with Flexera Admin Studio and PSADT a plus.
Scripting – Advanced knowledge of PowerShell for management and automationDesktop Management Systems - Experience managing endpoint least privilege tools

.Bachelor's degree in computer science, correlated field7 years of Windows and/or End User Device Engineering, administering and knowledge of Office 365 applications (, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD and/or Single Sign On (SSO))3+ years as a Mac Engineer administrating JAMFExperience implementing OS hardening per NIST requirements.

Expertise in endpoint management tools such as JAMF and Intune in the administration of software policies, vulnerability management, and application updates to Windows 11 & MacOS devicesExperience with test, migration, and delivery plans for delivering software and security policies globally.

Expertise in device compliance monitoring and reporting.

Deep understanding of scalable application security practices leveraging automation technologies and enterprise management standardsExperience managing endpoint protection tools such as Crowd Strike, Rapid7, etc.

Understand low-level mechanics of WIN11 & MacOS operating systems, and enterprise standards for managing end-point estates at scale.
Must be a quick learner with exceptional communication skills.
Familiarity in creating test, migration, and delivery plans for delivering software and security policies globally.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with staff that is both technical and non-technical.

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in multiple scripting languages (, PowerShell, Python, and Bash) and experience in developing complex automation scripts.

Strong experience with PowerBI and other reporting toolsAutomation skills (tool agnostic) and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes.
