Job Title: Global Cash Forecast and Insurance Risk Manager at XYZ Company

  • Primary responsibilities will include owning the global cash forecast and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operating needs. Additionally, tasks will involve insurance risk management, corporate debt management, treasury reporting, and compliance.
  • This role will assist in developing robust reporting metrics, including monitoring the firm's cash flow forecast, foreign exchange risk, and counterparty risks.
  • Responsible for executing back-office and deal capture processes.
  • Support the annual renewal and management of the company's insurance programs.
  • Involved in various finance-related projects across different departments of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed consolidated cash flow forecasts - both short-term tactical and long-term strategic. Provide variance commentary to upper management.
  • Manage the annual insurance renewal and related business requests.
  • Assist in the daily management of cash, debt, and investments.
  • Review monthly interest expense and accruals, monitor and review loan compliance.
  • Prepare and report on global cash balances and investments to senior management.
  • Prepare month-end reports for Tax and Accounting.
  • Compile exposure information and report on relevant financial risks (f/x, counterparty).
  • Maintain operating compliance and contribute to an effective control environment.
  • Recommend and lead automation and other process improvement efforts.
  • Perform counterparty risk analysis.
  • Analyze bank statements and identify ways to reduce fees.
  • Assist in processing letter of credit and bank guarantee issuances.
  • Manage bank requests for KYC reporting and other requests.

Required Skills:

  • CTP designation.
  • Analyze data and make quick decisions.
  • Experience with Treasury tools such as banking portals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and interface with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and get tasks done.
  • Aptitude to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in fluid and ambiguous environments, capable of adjusting activities based on new information.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years of corporate treasury experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Advanced Excel modeling experience and proficiency.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HCM/financial systems.
  • Experience with data visualization/presentation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments.
  • Experience in a global company.
