Position Overview:
The

Communications and Social Media Manager

will oversee all facets of content including social media, public relations, internal communications, and online reputation. This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, creativity, and a knack for engaging diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage all content (images, videos, text) across social platforms.
Implement a cross-platform approach to foster a loyal community and drive brand affinity & leads.
Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as required.

PR & Advocacy:
Supervise PR agency partners, monitor KPIs, and ensure monthly targets are met.

Lead thought leadership for senior management profiles and establish brand uniqueness. Develop and nurture relationships with media contacts.

Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Handle media inquiries and interview requests.
Organize company events, press conferences, and related activities.

Online Reputation Management:
Monitor online conversations and mentions related to the company.
Address customer complaints and negative reviews professionally.
Devise strategies to enhance the company's online reputation.
Generate and analyze online feedback and reviews.
Supervise ORM agency partners, ensure monthly KPIs are achieved.

Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and engaged.
Create and distribute internal newsletters, memos, and other communications.
Plan and execute internal events and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to meet internal communication needs.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.5+ years of experience in social media management, public relations, or communications.

Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:
Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Familiarity with internal communication platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
