Inviting applications for the role of Assistant manager – Supplier set up & Maintenance – Analytics (Retail)
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and ensuring implementation readiness, support on new product launch, implementing and delivering supplier data management. Provide support and some advice to the stakeholders involved in the entire end to end process map of supplier set up and maintenance.
Responsibilities

• Process supplier setup and maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Identify/intercept supplier setup and maintenance requests that have not followed correct processes and may be non-compliant.

• Undertake transparency and fraud checks on supplier setup and maintenance requests as appropriate.

• Provide support and advice to end-users through various channels (email, Teams, in-person etc.)

• Continually review supplier maintenances processes and look for opportunities for improvement.

• Continually review and update supplier maintenance guidance materials and reports

• Develop and deliver supplier maintenance-related training and awareness sessions.

• Design, implement and deliver supplier data management and housekeeping strategy/process.

• Support new product launches to ensure suppliers can deliver to the required quality standards.

• Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues.

• Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.

• Preparing Weekly Dashboards, Timely updates to Master Grid and Managing the Project Report.

• Analyzing & optimizing the Daily task reports and preparing weekly reports for the business team.

Qualifications we seek in you

Tools and Technology – Added advantage.

• MDM,Tableau, Power BI, Proficiency in all Microsoft office products, especially Excel – job holders should be comfortable working with large spreadsheets and formulae.

• Retail Supplier setup tools/ Oracale/

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Degree/Bachelors degree/Retail/Operations Management

• Prior retail Operations domain experience

• Retail or any other industry specific retail Supplier Operation tools

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Ability to ask right queries.

• Ability to prioritize and organize own workload.

• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
