About Smile Foundation
Sustainability, social equality and the environment are now business problems. And corporate leaders can't depend on governments to solve them.
Inspired by this philosophy of Peter Senge, a group of young corporate professionals came together in 2002 to set up Smile Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities.
Today, Smile Foundation is directly benefiting over 1.5 million children and families through more than 400 welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women empowerment spread across 2,000 villages and urban slums in 25 states, every year.
- Making thank you calls to donors. Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.
- Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
- Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.
- Operating CRM to update contact details, list of people to call etc.
- Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion.
- Conveying verbal acknowledgments of opportunities to our Sales group for closing.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing predefined scripts.
- Responding to inquiries concerning the activities of the organization or the organization itself
- Posing questions to comprehend donor details and challenges
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other customer service role.
- High school diploma; B.sc/BA will be added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
- Proven track record of successfully extracting details and closing discussions with clients on phone with a positive setting for the future.
