The ideal candidate willhave strong organizational and analytical skills with a passion formanaging projects effectively. This internship provides handsonexperience in project management and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Core FunctionalResponsibilities:
Analyze and develop procedures for management andtechnical duties to ensure project success.
Maintainproject timeframes budgets and status reports to monitorprogress.
Organize project teams according to their potential andassign tasks accordingly.
Arrange equipment and resources for projects such assoftware and computers.
Coordinate teams and resolve technical problems thatmay arise during project implementation.
Research andevaluate existing hardware and software to inform projectdecisions.
Create detailed work plans that sequence projectactivities and milestones.
Perform risk assessments to develop response strategiesand mitigate potential issues.
Manage resources and plan projects according tocapacity and resource availability.
Implement andmaintain development practices to ensure accurate projectdocumentation.
Conduct risk management activities to minimize projectdisruptions.
Understand and adhere to the organizations policies andprocedures.
Create and manage comprehensive project documentationto ensure clarity and accountability.
Ensure theavailability and allocation of resources necessary for projectsuccess.
Clearly assignroles and responsibilities to staff members to optimize projectefficiency.
Measure project performance using appropriate systemstools and techniques.
Develop project scopes and objectives in alignment withorganizational goals.
Abhyaz Internshipsare a 416 weeks remote opportunity designed to develop yourprofessional acumen while you work on critical real time projects.You are expected to spend 25 30 hrs a week. Our team of mentors andindustry professionals guide you through every step of the projectfor you to gain valuable hands on exposure.We publish your work results in your online portfolioallowing you to strengthen your professional resume and socialmedia profiles while showcasing your work to best position yourtalents for future opportunities.The outcomes will be bytesizedprojects that will have to be delivered every week. Your outcomeswill be reviewed and grade by peers and your supervisors. Internswho excel in their project may be offered a guidance and support tosecure placements within reputable companies.

Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Project Management BusinessAdministration or a related field.
Strong organizational and analyticalskills.
Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy andefficiency.
Proficiency inproject management software and tools.
Previous experience in project management is a plus butnot required.
