Roles and Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

The Financial Analyst is an experienced and proficient professional, operating in an individual contributor role with full end-to-end responsibility for managing operations in one or multiple segments of a process.

Responsibilities:

Managing Lease accounting and Opex, ensuring sound financial control. Overseeing Controllership and Actuals, providing accurate financial insights. Handling revenue & respective S16 accounting treatment for the assigned segment/contracts(s). Intercompany activities in respect to leases Conducting quality-compliant and timely balance sheet reconciliations. Involving in critical accounting tasks, month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Performing accounting impact analysis to aid decision-making. Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and relevant controls and compliances, such as SOX. Accurately reporting HFM numbers and conducting analysis to finalize financial figures. Understanding of S16, REFX module would be added advantage.

Accountabilities, Competencies & KPIs:

Timely finalization of statutory and management accounts for audit and directors' sign-offs. Achieving 100% SOX compliance for the respective processes. Meeting or exceeding the Hackett Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aspiration rate of 95%.

Qualifications: CA/ICWA/Chartered Accountant Intermediate (CA Inter)/Certified Management Accountant Intermediate (ICWA Inter)/MBA/CIMA/Pursuing Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) certification.
