Position Summary The Learning Technical Product Owner will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Learning technology platform supporting the overall HR and business strategy, including but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Degreed, LXP.

The Learning Technical Product Owner will lead our enterprise's business system analysis, technical design, platform architecture, and governance, ensuring operational excellence and aligning the platform's roadmap with our strategic business goals.

This is a hands-on technical role, with configuration and administration of SAP SuccesFactors LMS.

The ideal candidate will continuously evaluate and integrate the latest platform features, maintain a capability view, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities * Define the product vision and roadmap in partnership with the business, including new features and enhancements.

* Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and the development team, and uses this information to create detailed product specifications.

* Configure technology as per business requirements. * Lead consolidation and migration activities of diverse learning management systems into SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

* Be accountable for all tasks and facets related to support of Learning technology, integrated solutions, and peripheral technologies at Global scale.

* Partner with teams for requirements collection, impact analysis, portfolio prioritization, engineer technical change management approvals and report out to business partners.

* Guide external partnership with vendor organizations to influence the product roadmaps.

* Handle operational responsibilities for issues resolution, incident, service requests, improvements fulfilment with collaboration across product/squads for Learning Management System, and HR Systems related integrated solutions at global and regional level.

* Collaborate with global/regional product owners, provide technical direction on a Global level. * Partner across business stakeholders to develop long term product roadmaps. * Partner and deliver product service packs, upgrades in collaboration with internal and third-party vendor business partners. * Coordinate operational and project timelines, issue and risks based on the global program critical initiatives and goals. * Collaborate and implement standards covering Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid Project methodologies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration and configuration.
  • Experience with Learning Experience Platform technology, e.g., Degreed and the integration with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Integration expertise across third-party systems like Veeva, Boomi, and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Deep understanding of LMS platform management in a regulatory environment, including GxP/Validation/CSV processes, ensuring compliance with Title 21 CFR Part 11 and other critical regulatory standards.
  • Hands-on experience with AICC/SCORM training content in the corporate LMS environment.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors and LMS-related training is a plus.
  • Strong IT background with a consistent record of delivering results, validated leadership, digital skills, influencing skills, interdependent partnering skills, communication as well as critical thinking skills, creative and flexible problem solver, and process focus
  • Strong project management, coordination, and estimate effort for project objectives skills
  • Strong working knowledge of integrated solutions to Document Management systems, HR Systems, Learning Management Systems etc.
  • Agile development experience, SDLC methodology, Risk management including Security
  • Ability to succeed in a global environment and influence adoption of new thinking
  • Experience in effectively collaborating cross-functionally while handling partner expectations without formal authority
  • Proven ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, critical situations and attention to detail required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact strategically and confidently with internal partners to develop ideas, find opportunities, and influence outcomes
  • Ability to align complex architecture to business strategies and initiatives
  • Consistent track record of delivering projects with bold timelines and sprints; can drive solutions quickly and efficiently with high value
  • Strong experience crafting technical solutions for business problems; understands both business processes and technical solutions
  • Previous experience delivering Enterprise solutions Preferred:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong working knowledge of integrated solutions to Data Hubs and Quality systems
  • Partnering/leading with SaaS vendors
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Comprehensive experience and understanding in Learning/Talent Development technologies and processes
  • Process understanding in Human Resources domain
  • Experience with data and analytics; large scale enterprise data, APIs and reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
  • Experience working in an end-to-end team solution with sophisticated integrations
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
