Purpose of the Job

  • Selfmotivated and talented Communications Manager to support the communications department
  • Coordinates all activities related to own project scope (RS) or Production line (Compo), in order to secure the availability of parts for the production and the respect of the production planning.
  • Responsible to deliver right Material to production line at right time with right quantity.
  • Contributing to employee's motivation and sense of belonging to Alstom

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow the safety procedure & norms inside the warehouse and in line.
  • Maintain On time delivery of Kits (OTD) and SAP update as per PDP target.
  • Improve & sustain the 5S in Mirror Zone.
  • Escalate the technical constrains to the internal/external Team members
  • Identify Transaction errors/missing and update on time after analysis.
  • Drive Kitting team and maintain discipline & punctuality in the warehouse
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in GSI Transactions
  • Propose the suggestions in the process for SQCD improvement through creACTION.
  • Maintain good level of inventory accuracy against target.
  • Follow AZDP rules and ensure zero deviation/incidents in warehouse operation.
  • Get the week plan from SPC for the current week and next week.
  • Based on the Week plan pick list need to collect from the SPC / pick list generation team.
  • Discuss with Team leaders for the priority of the kit to be performed on the day.
  • Picking Should be happen in advance of 3 Takt.
  • Pick the materials for the stocked items in the respective location mentioned in the pick list. For the nostock items (missing items) information given to the SPC for the further action.
  • All the materials are clearly identified, cleaned and stacked in the trolley as per the standard.
  • Ensure Pick list (Materials Delivery List), Missing list, Car no, Delivery station are mentioned in respective trolleys which are easily visible to Manufacturing team.
  • Ensure that Kitting trolleys are moved to corresponding station mentioned in the Production order.
  • Follow the NCR process for line rejections as per standard procedure including movement of parts to Jail with the respective document

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Expérience

  • Degree from recognised institution
  • 6+ years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Working knowledge in SAP

  • Excellent communicator, Strong collaboration skills

  • Experience working with contract workers
  • Focus on process improvements
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English language
  • IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
