Job Description:

  • Implemented and Architected solutions on Google Cloud Platform utilizing GCP components
  • Proficiency with Apache Beam, Google Dataflow, Apache Spark for end-to-end data pipelines
  • Skills in Python, Hadoop, SQL, Big Query, Big Table, Cloud Storage, Datastore, Spanner, Cloud SQL, Machine Learning
  • Programming expertise in Java, Python, among others
  • Knowledge in Relational Databases, Analytical Databases, NoSQL databases
  • Preferably certified in Google Professional Data Engineer/Solution Architect

Required Skills:

  • 5-9 years' experience in IT or professional services with analytics projects
  • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform; familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus
  • Advanced SQL development skills
  • Proficiency in building data integration and preparation tools using cloud technologies
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines and technologies such as Apache Beam, Google Dataflow, and Apache Spark
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, etc.
  • Identifying implications of data loads/migration and implementing data pipelines
  • Work in fast-paced environments to provide scalable data solutions for user access to extensive data
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience in data mining and database usage in a business setting
