Kennedys are seeking an MDM File Administrator to be a part of our newly established global Master Data Management (MDM) team. This newly created role will be based in Kerala.

The role will be primarily responsible for supporting the file opening processes within the conflicts management and new business intake tool, INTAPP and the file opening process within the Case Management system KASE. In addition, you will support data checking initiatives that are designed to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance of data held within our financial system (Elite3E).

Team

Kennedys' Finance team ensures global support by delivering precise financial and management information, reporting solutions, and operational assistance to maintain exceptional service standards for internal and external clients. Part of the Business Intelligence unit, our team includes key roles such as the Global MDM Lead, MDM Team Managers, Local MDM Supervisors, and localised MDM SME's and Data Administrators Teams in the UK, India, and the USA.

Key responsibilities

Support teams with activities associated to the client and file opening process For all required activities, adhere to our Knowledge Bank and published processes Assess that the data received to instruct the creation of new business is complete and compliance in accordance with our data police or acceptance rules Input the data into our finance and case management systems within specified time frames Review and correct inaccurate data where required and provide regular feedback for data improvements.

Required experience

Good level of IT skills, including Word and Excel Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner and strong writing skills Experience in finance systems.
