ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT WILL I DO?
***- Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including software developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to understand product requirements and identify potential areas of risk.
  • Compile and analyse statistical data
  • Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Investigate customer complaints and product issues
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and healthcare technology.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in manual quality assurance/testing
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment is a plus.
