Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Sales Executive with at least one year of experience in cheap ticket sales within a travel agency.
As a Cheap Ticket Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cost-effective airfare options to our customers, while providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Your goal will be to
exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable cheap ticket options.
- Utilize your knowledge of the travel industry, airline promotions, and pricing strategies to offer the most costeffective solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain
strong customer relationships to ensure
repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth ticketing and reservation processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and changes in travel regulations to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively seeking out sales opportunities and upselling additional services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cheap ticket sales within a travel agency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Indepth knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, and booking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in ticketing and reservation processes.
- Proficient in using travel software and computer systems.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
