Job Description Technical Account Manager
Position: Technical Account Manager
Grade/Level SM/DGM
Reporting to: MSS Head
Employment Type: Employee - Full Time
Work Location: Mumbai
Key Focus area: Technical Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure that their needs are met
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide solutions that align with those goals
Manage and prioritize client requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Proactively identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement in client accounts
Provide technical guidance to clients and help them to understand and use our products and services
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance metrics, discuss new product features, and address any concerns
Develop and maintain documentation related to client accounts and technical solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans and strategies
Participate in the development of new products and services based on client feedback and market trends
Qualification and Work Experience
Qualification: BE / B. Sc. / M Tech / Diploma
Work experience: 10 12 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role
Strong technical background in infrastructure and security
Experience working with clients in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Competencies /Expertise Required (Functional & Behavioral)
Should be self-starter
Work independently
